We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due within 7 days of delivery. Late payments may incur a 5% weekly fee starting 7 days after the due date.

Absolutely! You are entitled to two rounds of revisions, which include minor edits like color grading or transitions. Additional revisions are billed at $60/hour. Please note: that revisions do not cover reshoots or requests for new footage capture. These requests will require scheduling a new shoot.

Revisions include minor edits like:

1. Audio Adjustments: Tweaking sound and/or music levels.

2. Text Overlays: Adding or modifying captions, titles, or lower thirds.

3. Basic Visual Effects: Adjusting brightness, contrast, or applying simple filters.

4. Sequence Adjustments: Rearranging clips within the existing footage to improve flow.

5. Minor Animation Tweaks: Adjusting speed, timing, or placement of pre-existing animations.

Requests for new footage or significant re-edits will be treated as a new service and billed accordingly.
